Hard and Soft Landscape

Hard and soft landscaping is often required, to complement the swimming pool or building work being undertaken. Working alongside garden designers or designing ourselves we will undertake all aspects of the project from start to finish.

Below are some 'before and after' examples, which highlight the difference that can be made!

Before

Site before we moved in with the machines to excavate for the new swimming pool.  Block paving used in the driveway had been extended to the back of the house.

After

This is the new terrace laid using fossil mint tumbled paving, incorporating large radius step layout. Note also the water feature in the corner.

In these before and after photos, we have completely landscaped the garden to complement the swimming pool, which is at the level of the house. This is retained by the stone faced wall which has a structural wall behind. Working alongside a garden designer, architect and structural engineer we created this tiered garden with some of the retaining walling having foundations which were piled down to a depth of 10 metres to support the loads above.

We also constructed the foundations and floor for the Town & Country conservatory, seen to the left of the house.
